Doesn't registered as owned in pokedex

I want to report that i have a greninja but it seems, it didn't registered in my pokedex as owned. Please fix this

Hello @Blackrpg!

 

First Apologies for the issue you are experiencing.

 

Unfortunately due to a issue with pokedex seen data getting removed, you encountered this problem.

 

But sorry to tell you that we dont offer this service to restore a lose seen data, you will have to catch a new Froakie and evolving it back to get the seen data again.

 

Here is the current spawn where you can get Froakie: 

 

-Eumi Island theme Park 3.

 

To be able to access this island, you will require to be done with Manaphy quest which can be found in Lilycove City in Hoenn, more informations can be found there !

 

If you are done with the quest, you will require to talk with the NPC called Sailor Jacob which is at Lilycove City Port. 

 

Once you there, you go north and right and there you are at Froakie spawn.
