I am sorry to hear this has happened to you.

Unfortunately De evolving Pokémon is not something us as PRO staff can offer.

 

I can understand this isn't the outcome you'd have hoped for and with that I apologize, It is ultimately up to the player to ensure that when evolving/not evolving that they inform whomever may be helping them with the service of the desired outcome.
