Hello,

I don't know exactly why, but some items in my bag disappeared recently for some reason.

This issue happened once before, a few days ago after a particularly laggy Lavender dungeon where the entirety of my Medicine Bag was wiped out, but one relog fixed it, and items seem to have come back. Although, I just noticed my PP ups and Rare Candies among other items aren't back, or at least only the last digit of them, and considering i personally didn't sell or trade anything in the meantime. We thought it came because of a dungeon run we did (Forlorn, Pinkan or Hoopa), but we're not sure.

The items that seem to have disappeared (for what I see right now) :

- PP Ups (around x150)
- Rare Candies (Around x300)
- EXP Candies
-The entirety of my Gems
- All of the Vitamins in my bag

This may have come after a dungeon run that made me lose items, only thing I could think of. My, money, PC Box and other consumables (including Coin Capsules, Focus Sashes) seem to be untouched, but i'm not 100% sure that's the only items affected.
I tried to see if the Item Finder could help, but he didn't have anything to retrieve.

     Thanks for letting us know. Sorry to hear you’re dealing with items disappearing, that definitely shouldn’t be happening.

For now, please hang onto any details you remember, and if you have screenshots from before the dungeon, those can help us track things down faster.

We’ll update you as soon as we have more information.

The problem appeared again, this time on Victini dungeon. We got disconnected due to a server crash at the Entrance room, so we got booted out. Thing is, all our items in the Medicine bag except 5 of them (the limit in the dungeon) got wiped out of our bags, even after completing the dungeon and relogging.

Like before, Item Finder didn't help recovering our items. So if you get lagged out in dungeon or if the server crashes, you get reverted back to the state of your bag that was saved, no matter if you're in a special event (dungeon, quest) or not.

I hope this bug gets fixed soon, if this is enough info at least. And hopefully that we get a way to recover everything we lost.

Hey, I just went in victini dungeon today, got dc as we entered when i relogged, got a message saying "come here for a sec, something went wrong with yours items" etc, saw that I was OUT of victini dungeon and had all my items capped to 5 (rare candies gone btw and most rare berries like enigma / rowap / iapapa gone too) 

Then I went back to the npc to re enter the dungeon and it just checked normally as if I didn't enter it prior to that bug

Seems like any disconnection as you're in dungeon saves your bag as it was while you entered dungeon (for example in victini dung capping all my items to 5 copies)

Is there any way to get the full list of what was lost somehow? i can't check if it affected other parts of bags like valuables or so through logs or something? 

Seems like a urgent bug to fix though

Hello! We went inside Victini dungeon and 5 seconds later the server crashd, we spawnd outside of the dungeon with 5 of the healing items each. we went in again finishd the run and the items are still missing.

Just noted that ropes and knock out drops disappeared too
