Should we hope to get our medecine bags back anytime soon?

More importantly is there a way to prevent this from happening again yet? or any recommendations you may have 🙂

I didn't lose any items just want some sort of update. Sucks my guildmates lost their items from a bug they didn't cause and gotta waste weeks.

You might have people investigating, it would probably take time sure, but could we get any kind of update on whether this bug is still being looked into, whether recovery is possible, or if there’s literally anything we can do to prevent it from happening again?

It’s rough having to replace weeks or years worth of items without knowing if it can happen again. If screenshots, dungeons, timestamps, or item lists would help, let us know what's needed, we'l send it.

Sorry for the long wait folks. The issue is a bit tricky to figure out. You guys have not been forgotten. The teams are working on it, and I'll try and keep you updated as the issue is sorted out.
