Sucks my guildmates lost their items from a bug they didn't cause and gotta waste weeks. It’s rough having to replace weeks or years worth of items without knowing if it can happen again. If screenshots, dungeons, timestamps, or item lists would help, let us know what's needed, we'l send it.
