Item Nature Reroll Dispawn

Hey, about an hour ago, i met and bought a nature reroll from a player, which cost me 375,000 pokedollars

the money is gone from my account, and the nature reroll i bought dispawned from my bag completely

The trade this happened in was my 2nd most recent trade i believe, after that I bought an annihilape which went normally.

I checked the trade logs, and there’s no record of a reroll ticket being traded in the trades you mentioned. To move forward with this, we’ll need a bit more information from you. If you can, like ,Any screenshots you have of the trade, The name of the player you traded with or Anything else that might help us verify what happened

Once we have that, we can take a closer look and see what went wrong.
