What are you trying to repel? Your first pokemon should be at the levek of the repel you want, your first is natu lvl8, and everything there is above lvl8

If you are trying the repel trick to find a specific Pokemon here's a list. There's no repel trick in Mt. Moon 1F
You can buy Max repel in any department store (Celadon, Goldenrod, Lilycove and Veilstone) interacting with Bonny, she will sell you 400 Max Repels for 250,000.
Or you can buy it in every shop, (Repel = P350 ea; Super repel = P500ea; Max Repel =  P700ea)
