can i please get help to reduced my gyarados level to 30.

This is my trainers tower gyarados which i forgot that it wasnt lended and i when to trainers tower.

Unfortunately, we dont offer de-level service for a mistake. 

 

When you lend a pokemon, you have to trigger the option and be very careful about being sure it is a lending, it show time and lending option.

 

I completely understand it can be frustating and I sincerely apologies but nothing can be done unforch.
