Is the game possible in a language other than English?

Sadly The game does not have the option to change the in-game language to anything other than English at the current moment, However this is a good suggestion and i will make sure to bring it up to the staff!

 

An alternative way to be able to use other languages in the game is using the Chat section.
The chat system supports different language channels, so you can join a specific language channel to talk with other players in your language using the command:
/cgjoin <channel name>, <password> 

Please note <password> is not always required but sometimes does depending on the channel you're trying to join (such as guilds or private channels)
