i think these was a bug and i didnt receive go googles , can someone spawn em in my account pls , so im able to go to the desert in hoenn

Apologies for the delay in response!

 

To help resolve this issue as efficient as possible, can i please confirm a few things with you:

• You get the Goggles upon defeating the Gym-Leader Flannery in Lavridge Town, May will be blocking the exit and should hand them to you, can you please confirm with me if you have beaten this gym?
• If you did beat the Gym, was there no interaction with May afterwards?
• Petalburg City should also be accessible, can you check to see if you are able to go to that gym if you haven't beaten it already

Furthermore any screenshots regarding this issue (inventory, the text log showing you cannot enter the desert etc) would be helpful!

Once i receive your response we can look further into this for you and help resolve it!

so i have actually finished sinnoh , but i still cant go to the hoenn desert

 

 

and when i beat the gym i used an escape rope to get back to the pokecenter instead of just walking out , i think thats the problem,

From looking at the situation, you using the escape rope was most likely the cause for this bug.

Please don't stress though, i will make sure this gets dealt with by the relevant team!
