I am writing this post to ask about the rewards for the Valentine Chess event. I participated in the event, but I have not received my rewards yet.

Could you please let me know if the rewards have already been distributed to the players, or if there is an estimated time for when we will receive them?

The Vday chess rewards have not yet been distributed, but they haven't been forgotten about! While currently there is no ETA on the Valentine's Chess rewards, in previous years, these rewards have been redeemable after an announcement in the official Discord, allowing players to collect rewards for ladder placement from Psychic Gertrude in Vermilion House D Top. Players then had a week to collect these rewards, so don't worry; If you did achieve ladder placement, you will have ample time to collect the rewards!

 

For now, all I can recommend is to follow the PRO Discord's #announcement channel for the announcement when rewards are finally made claimable! 

 

I'm very sorry about the inconvenience, though for what it's worth I hope you have a nice remainder of the Summer!
