I can't merge my account

Hello,
I want to transfert this account into the silver server but I can't merge the account on the dashboard. I try to click on the link that tell me to merge here (image 2) but it redirect me into the main page of the website (image 3).
Can you help me on that please ?

Apologies for the issue and thanks for you report about it, it been forwarded!

 

As stated by the message you have to merge your data from the My Account or Server Transfer option from the Dashboard !

 

Once you done with it, you will be able to log into Silver server.

the link for the merge don't work for me as i explain in my message , the link in the dashboard for the merge redirect me at the front page of the website

That what I tell you in the first sentence, I did bring your issue to appropriate team but you will have to do it from the option I asked you to go.
