Apologies for the issue and thanks for you report about it, it been forwarded!

 

As stated by the message you have to merge your data from the My Account or Server Transfer option from the Dashboard !

 

Once you done with it, you will be able to log into Silver server.

That what I tell you in the first sentence, I did bring your issue to appropriate team but you will have to do it from the option I asked you to go.
