I am a new player and I recently used two IV Reroll Tickets on my Heatran, but I did not notice any change after using them. The Heatran had no previous IV investment, and I was not fully familiar with how the system works.

I have also donated more than 300 euros to support the game. As a new player, I may have accidentally wasted more IV Reroll Tickets on previous Pokémon without fully understanding the system. This situation made me very upset because these items are valuable and expensive.

I kindly ask if you could please check my case and help me if possible. I would really appreciate your understanding and support.

Could you please confirm when you believe you used the reroll tickets on Heatran? Our system shows no rolls done for any pokemon besides Diancie and Victini on your account.

I did not use the tickets on Heatran. I gave the two IV Reroll Tickets to the NPC, and they disappeared from my inventory, but I did not receive or use any rerolls.

Could you please check what happened? I appreciate your help.

The option you picked when interacting with that NPC, is for the 'double reroll' buff, meaning 2 of your reroll tickets will be consumed just to turn this buff on, not the actual reroll, it's normal that your Heatran IV stay unchanged

I would like to ask: Does the Double Reroll Buff expire after a certain time, or does it stay active until I use an IV Reroll Ticket? Also, how many extra rerolls does this buff provide?

As i remembered, the buff lasts 1 hour since you paid 2 tickets to activate, you can use it up to 10 times and it's cooldown is 24 hours. This mean you need 12 Unbound Reroll tickets to maximize your reroll benefit from this buff.

Hello, I used two IV Reroll Tickets on two different Pokémon about 5 minutes ago, but I am not sure if I benefited from the Double Reroll Buff or not.

I am still new to this system and I don't fully understand how it works. Could you please check if the buff was active when I used the rerolls?

When using the Double Reroll Buff, do we get two results to choose from, or does the system automatically pick the better result?
