Yes, Sneasler can learn Acrobatics by TM, not by TM Teacher or TM Tutor. it's ugly but same is with few other pokes and other tm's tm teachers.

Hello! I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and for the delay.

At the moment, Sneasler is unable to learn Acrobatics due to the way certain NPCs are currently coded. In this particular case, the NPC responsible for teaching the move uses a system that does not update alongside the server, unlike some other NPCs. As a result, even if a move's learning method is available, the Pokémon may not be able to learn it.

For now, Sneasler cannot learn Acrobatics. However, this may change in the future.

We understand that this may affect your PvP and PvE strategies, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
