I am a returning player who just came back to Pokémon Revolution Online after a long break.

I know that according to the PRO rules, each player is strictly allowed to own a maximum of 4 accounts.

However, I have a problem with one of my old alt accounts:

• I have forgotten both the password and the email address associated with that alt account.

• I currently have no way to recover or access it anymore.

My question is: Am I allowed to create a new alt account to replace the lost one?

I want to make sure I comply with all game rules and avoid getting flagged or banned for multi-accounting/violating the 4-account limit.

Hello!

According to our records, you currently have four accounts linked to the same email address, Toi10m, Tan14m, Thangcambietnoi.

If you remember the username of the account, you can recover its password using that same email address.

If you no longer have access to the email associated with the account, you can request an email change in the 2FA Account Recovery & Assistance section.

If you remember your username and password, you can check the email associated with your account through the Dashboard.
