Apologies for the inconvenience you experienced.

I'm really sad to hear that you lose your legendary due to recoil but unfortunately nothing can be done to restore it in our side, you will have to use another ticket.

What I recommend you to do is to check the pokedex and see what moves the pokemon have around this level.
