Apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

From our database, it look like you are missing one seen data in your gen1 pokemon which is Dratini. To be able to get the last prize, you will require to see his data.

There is many different way such as trying to catch one, fight a NPC which have it or you could potentially try to speak with the Dratini in Dragons Den to get his seen data.
