Hello,

I was advised by staff on Discord/support that I am affected by the known Legendary Beast Birth Island bug.

I completed the Legendary Beasts quest and caught Suicune, but I am still missing Raikou and Entei.

I used a Mysterious Ticket to travel to Birth Island, but I received Salamence instead of one of the remaining Legendary Beasts.

I have already released the Salamence.

Staff advised me to interact with Suicune next to the Guardian boss again to fix the issue.
So I returned to the boss area and interacted with Suicune. A dialogue appeared, and after I proceeded through it, Suicune disappeared.

Could you please check my account and refund the Mysterious Ticket that was used when Salamence spawned?
