Hello! First of all, congratulations on completing the Latios & Latias quest!

I'm sorry to hear that you accidentally defeated Latias, but don't worry! Legendary Pokémon now respawn after being defeated, with the same Nature, IVs, and Ability they had when you first encountered them.

Please try returning to Southern Island by speaking with the Sailor on the S.S. Tidal in Slateport City. Latias should have respawned there.

If the Sailor doesn't allow you to travel to Southern Island, please send me a screenshot of the dialogue.

Also, remember that you can unlock the Summer Skin for Latias in Alto Mare by completing a quest.
