I made requests for our guild requests a month ago . I cover all the requirements as leader/ owner of the guild and i have the needed pokedollars for the request. For some reason the rename didn't happen, but the guy who posted below my topic got his request done. I know people are busy, and only small people can cover this task, but did i miss something.

I want my request to be finished till the end of the month, if I did and mistake, please i want a feedback so i can do my part and my request finally to be done.

Firstly i would like to apologize for your guild name not being changed earlier on, There was an error when changing your Guild name on gold that slipped through during your original request post.

Please accept my apology on the delay on the name change and the lack of communication regarding this.

Please understand this was not on your end and you as a player did nothing wrong to delay this Guild name change and it is entirely on our end.

I confirm that the rename was successful, as last request before this topic to be closed,is it possible to get in guild section also tag for silver. Our guild will exist in both servers but atm we have only tag for gold.
