mawile, bagon and hundour i'm not sure but the cubone, kanga,whismur, noibat can confirm,and kanga still require the discoveries to encounter

Don't know, so far no one has posted any screen of it and I've never encountered a fleeing froakie in glacial site (and I'm over 5000 discoveries), but knowing my luck could very well be ^^

Considering the pokemon that it is, you must be extremely lucky to even find it, like I'm close to 4k and I haven't found a single beldum yet and only one noibat, I really hope froakie is in there though, now you know so pay attention and let me know :p (or if a staff can confirm even better)
