Do i need MS to be able to catch axew/gible/deino/riolu/bagon/noibat at hoenn ?

I can't confirm or deny this 100% since none of those guys are in my Pokedex currently, but MOST of the ms pokemon are Pokemon that generally don't belong in a zone that zone or region anyways. They stay pretty true to the spawns in my opinion, so if you can catch it in R/S or ORAS chances are its in the same place in this game.
