5 minutes ago i catched an Absol(maybe 0.0000000001 drop rate) and after this the server crashed....now i dont have my absol....what is going on?

You've been hit by a rollback, sadly nothing can be done to retrieve your Absol.

1 of 2 things may be happening

 

1:there is someone faking a server crash in order to steal players pokemon, blaming it on the crash.

 

2:the server may have auto save, the servers may save players progress every 5 mins or so, so if the server crashes, it will roll back to most recent save file.

 

(my money is on option 2)

well in every case we must do something...i lost 3 days searching for one pokemon...this isnt right....

As JollyolNathan said it is roll back. I recommend you relog when you catch some good pokemon for force save. Sorry but nothing can do further for this case.
