What have you done before the problem was there?

Asked forum on where to evolve Nosepass and answered in this topic https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=31992

however the method did not work assuming that his method of evolution isn't implemented yet.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Tried leveling up after 3 levels passed nothing happened.

Anyways I know the staffs are busy dealing with other issues so it's fine by me, I'm in no rush for a fix so thanks again to the staffs for their efforts.

Hi, you can try it in power plant at Kanto, I am not sure it implement in Hoenn yet.

Thanks for the quick reply, yes I tried at New Mauville and nothing, also will try that after I get done with Hoenn lol

Also no power plant in hoenn no pokes there
