I am wondering if my account has any problem or was my account being deleted during previous account-delete activity. i tried different time slot but still cannot log in and the server was online at that moment what should I do to clarify my wonders? When you receive the "Cannot connect to server" message it means that the server is currently down. You can double check this by visiting the Server Status Checker.
