You should totally add that

Just because someone has a male or female information registered on their profile doesn't mean he or she is necessarily a boy or a girl; although you can check such aspect in-game.

Then again, it's still a helpful suggestion, even though it's minor. People do lie all the time, but it's still something that some people may want. I'm indecided on whether it's truly neccesary at this point in time though.
