same here, i really confuse in tier thing and steps, i cure Mime Jr. with 3 step only, but GM said it was tier 4 <E>:Ambivalent:</E></r>

Tier 1 = 1 up to 2 steps<br/>

Tier 2 = 1 up to 3 steps (I experience to cure Shinx with 1 step only *so confusing*)<br/>

Tier 3 = 2 up to 4 steps<br/>

Tier 4 = 3 up to 5 steps<br/>

Tier 5 = ???</r>

Yeah i agree. It seems to be smth like this. Maybe, just maybe, its also connected to our doctor-exp.<br/>

So the more experienced u are the less steps u need for lower tiers. But that is just an idea, might not correlate. But this could be the reason why its so confusing.<br/>

If we reach last level of doctor and can obtain tier 5, we might have a better overview.:)</r>

yea thats what i noticed, getting lower tier even i already encounter tier 4.<br/>
