I just learned that I'm not the only one who lost their chance to catch the currently obtainable Legendary (Mew, Celebi, Jirachi) in game.

So I'm wondering why can't we rebattle the obtainable legendary - Mew, Celebi, Jirachi - until we caught it and then when caught, that's the time when we can't rebattle the same legendary again. Maybe just put a cooldown on when we can enter the place where we can rebattle the legendary again (maybe 2 weeks or a month of cooldown will do) or how about do a specific quest where in if we don't have the caught data for the legendary or if it's that hard to be implemented why not give everyone who failed/lost the chance to catch the obtainable legendary for the first time 2 more chance we can rebattle it again. Then it will disappear only once the legendary is caught.

 

I suggested this because everyone who get a chance to catch the obtainable legendary worked hard to complete their dex and quest and some spend a lot of money just to complete their dex for those obtainable legendary to be caught but not everyone have caught those said legendary pokes because of some/many reasonable problems that made them lost their chance to catch the said legendary pokemon.

 

I'm not sure if this was suggested already cause I tried to use the search function of the website/forum but can't find it so I decided to make it.

 

Well this is just my suggestion for a rebattle for the obtainable legendary if we failed to catch it the first time.

This is all I can say for now.

So......

I want to hear other players opinion about my suggestion if this is a fair suggestion or if you have better suggestion.

<r>You pitched your idea pretty well, actually. I never thought of putting it on a cooldown for the Pokemon, maybe a month would be suitable and of course you wouldn't be able to re-enter the area after you have to legendary's caught data. <E>:y:</E></r>

Yes,and if they disconnect in the battle (because if you have a place in yoour team,you can check your pokemon ivs just after u throw the ball) they'll go the center,and then,they have a cooldown</r>

<t>I was thinking about the cooldown too. 1 month maybe will be too long, but I agree with this. for the IVs and the recach, I don't think it is too gready to want a legendary for PvP btw. I think the cooldown between battles and having only one legendary per species will do the trick. If he whant a better, for example, Mew's IVs he must release his acctual Mew and wait for the cooldown.</t>

This point is very wrong as purpose of Legend pokemon in PRO as it is unique and only as reward for sense of process ingame only. If players want this feature, so PvP should be not allow for these legend then... In other word, you have guarantee for get perfect legend pokemon is so wrong...</r>

I think I don't understand correct what you said. You are saying that legendary pokemons in PRO are like achievements in Steam that don't matter much in gameplay? Like a social status just like shines?</r>

<t>I mean: if the player had the patience to try and retry months for a good IV legendary it whould be a hell of an achievment that combine luck and persistence. And it has the same chances to get a good IV for a Legendary as the others rare pokemons you know... And great IV legendaries will still be rare in market</t>
