Has anyone found the abandoned poke in petalburg?

There is a rare candy below the pokecenter of Oldale town, right of the three stump.

 

Also, on route 106 near the Granite cave enterance is a rock, on the rock lays some protein.

one of the shrooms says if u have paras or parasect u can collect mushroom again
