Did you use any other program? And what is your operation system? Did you keyboard been stuck?

i run windows 10. no other programs running as far as i can tell.

Hello, I have experienced the same issue with you.

What I do is I constantly click on the refresh button, which is on the bottom left corner of the screen. This normally solves the issue for me after a few minutes. Please do reply whether my method worked for you, or not.

I had a similar issue, try left-clicking with your mouse outside the chat box. Other times the issue was solved when I pasted any kind of text in the chat with ctrl + c and deleted the message afterwards (I know it can sound weird, but solved the same problem many times).

Let me know if those tips are of any help and if the problem persists ^^

Hi, unfortunately this is a compatibility issue. As stated in that link, Xbox 360 based XInput devices do not work properly within PRO. Sorry about the inconvenience.
