Guys how can i learn which stats important for my pokemons?

 

For example i have pikachu? SPDDEF is important? Which nature better?

Anyway, I suggest starting with this guide here. After you've read through and familiarized yourself with IVs, EVs, natures, and different roles Pokemon play (e.g. glass cannon Pikachu vs. physical tank Slowbro), you can head over to Smogon.com and look up competitive builds for specific Pokemon. For example, here's Raichu's.
