I'm trying to connect already on the third day "blue server" and I'm still waiting + - 25 min before I get into the game.

On the red server waiting times even longer, you will create a new server so that everyone could play smoothly, and this is discouraging players from playing?

Adding additional servers has been suggested multiple times in the past. However, as explained in the thread linked in JollyolNathan's post above, player population can change very quickly - these past few weeks PRO has seen a surge of new players thanks to popular streamers on Twitch/Youtube recording the game, and also because at this time of year many players are on holiday from school.

 

I suggest waiting it out until player population stabilizes again - many new players will play the game for a few weeks then quit again, which will end up reducing the queue. In the meantime, while you're in server queue waiting to get in the game, read a book, watch a movie, go on Youtube, etc. Be patient, queue waiting time goes faster than you think.
