No sorry mewtwo isn't catchable in the game :) at the moment mew / celebi / jirachi are the only legendaries catchable :)

Sadly, catching mewtwo isn't possible in this game. Only legendaries that are catchable are Jirachi, Celebi, and Mew.

At the moment meant that currently we have those 3 catchable, in the future we still don't know :)

Adding onto what Sharlank has said, staff has confirmed more legendaries will be catchable in the future - but only those with base stats 600 or under. So Mewtwo, with its base stat total of 680, will always be off limits. However, we don't have an ETA on when we'll get more quests to catch legendaries, so just be patient for now :)
