Starlight Posted July 19, 2016 Share Posted July 19, 2016 Froakie doesn't spawn anywhere at the moment, not even via headbutt/dig. It used to spawn in Johto Safari Zone, but not anymore. Though, someone in in-game chat said Thor mentioned a boss now gives it as a reward.
