It's called Evasion Clause. And yea those Evasion moves shouldn't be used in PvP

Yup PRO's clause only mentions those two. You will see how big of a problem sand veil is when u lose 30 points because earthquake from your hippo or exca misses on some nubs swords dance spamming garchomp -_-
