I currently have an account on red server. There are people in my household who want to start the game as well. If i have an account on red server, can i start a new game to play with them on blue server? And will my original account still be there on red server when i swap back?

Hi, yes you can start again when you switch server, all the saving data will keep in the chosen server. It means you play in red with other save data, and blue in other save.
