What have you done before the problem was there?

I don't know i just logged out at around 12:40 or 50 something noon here in PH to go to lunch and when i came back when i login it says I have been banned from pRO. I'm clueless because I just started here and did my 2nd account to remedy my errors on my first account and then this? What happened?

It says i'm not banned in the website. I tried logging in my computer before that and i was using VPN maybe that's what caused it? If so. That was still me and not others trying to login. Can someone help me?
