relogged a few times but it keeps putting me back to making a new character

my pro name is wunderbread11 and i tried logging in today and when it did it put me back to making a new character i have alot of hours and bought membership a few times on this account and i do not want it reset all the way back again please message me back at [email protected] with a solution

Yellow server was set as initial option when you download the game. Make sure you have logged into the correct server.

Please check the server before you login, I believe that you mistake to login into yellow server
