is transition other server to yellow is allowed?

sample of this i saw in trade chat in yellow:

wtb> 100 coin pay in blue server 400k

is that thing is allowed?

If I'm correct, it's allowed unless it doesn't involve anything outside the game for that situation. For example, trading real world currency for in-game money via PayPal and then the person himself using that currency to buy the coins itself. That would be consider RMT which is against PRO's Rules and Policies. Though I could be wrong in regards to my statement as RMT has always been a tricky subject for the game.

Not allowed.

We allow users to trade pokemoney from blue for pokemoney for yellow (for example) or other ingame stuff. We don't allow coin deals as there it could be too much of RMT issues + scam issue
