I'm wondering what ev should I train for my charmander? My friend said spd and atk, but people said spd and sp atk. Which one better?

And, can charizard learn air slash in this game?

Charizard can learn Air Slash through move relearner, I think.

 

 

 

 

As for the EV, it depends on the Charizard's stats. Something like a Jolly Zard with high Attack & Speed IV would obviously favor Atk & Speed EVs, while a Timid Zard with high Special Attack and Speed prefer SpAtk and Speed EVs.

 

Charizard is a versatile Pokemon, it can even go both ways if the IVs are good for it, though EV spread for a Mixed set would obviously be more complex than the ones focusing on one offense stat.

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd

Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

- Belly Drum

- Earthquake

- Fire Punch

- Substitute

 

Flamethrower, Earthquake, Slash, then either Fly or Fire Blast if you want another fire move. Dont teach it Hyper Beam or Blast Burn
