I'm using the windows client and couldn't find a fix.

have you tried reloading your client? sometimes you have to do it a couple of times before it works

I restarted the game a couple of times and waited at least 5 minutes.

Tried it with 32bit and 64 bit version.

Oh, did you mean you moved me to the poke center?

I restarted and now it works, thanks a lot!

İ tried everything, restart phone, re-install the game, wait more than 10 minutes 3-4 times. Nothing changed.

 

Could you move me to poke center too?
