And are they any pre-requisites ? Thx! To start Hoenn you will first need to catch a Rattata and train it to level 80. No really, that's a requirement :Crazy: Then you have to beat the Youngster Joey boss at the Indigo Plateau to unlock the Hoenn Traveler. Talk to him and you'll be teleported to Hoenn. Good luck! Just wanted to start a new region, don't really want to grind that much before going to Hoenn.
