Is that anyway we can do to earn player money faster?

fight other pokemon/trainer, collect items/good pokemons and sell them, buy membership to get a 50% bonus on pokedollar after every fight

In Johto.

It's not a 50% bonus. It doubles the amount of money you get. So a 100% bonus. The 50% is for the amount xp given.

As has been said, Dragon's Den is in Johto, but if you haven't even reach Johto yet, then Victory Road is your best bet.

 

Also, don't forget to rebattle trainers once a week, especially Gym Trainers in later Gyms, which not only provide good money but also good exp.

Fight wild pokemon, the higher level pokemon the more pokedollars you earn. Also fighting trainers and gym leaders is a good way to earn money too. But you can only do it once a week. Also catching rare pokemon and trading is a good way too. Just don't lose a trainer battle, i think you won't earn money from it, or it will deduct some. Have fun. :)

Selling uncommon pokemon/great IVs is the fastest way.
