why blissey > chansey in PRO?

I was wondering since I got an eviolite, why people prefer blissey over chansey in PRO ladde.

Clearly chansey with eviolite tanks a lot more than blissey, so why do people use blissey?

Even if eviolite works, chansey is more tank but easier to counter. After you knock off the eviolite it goes down really fast. So its not a matter of "what is better" but "what you pref".
