Yeah or at least make conckledurr with drain punch bannable like they did with dragonite with outrage.

I think it's only a graphic bug; I feel like Drain punch restores what the rest should restore and that the rest restores what Drain Punch should have..

it's a graphic bug i believe but still it should be banned with drain punch as some of us make our moves depending on how much health it has and I can't do much with a bugged health bar but guess.

No it's possible to beat this , i beat to 2 condulkurr with Drain punch and leftovers just burn for the damage and psy/flying and ground move.
