i bring more info on this bugged pokemon... i was battling p314o and his condur had 25% hp when i switched to starmie to end its life he switched it out. When it came back it had 75% hp idk how, its last move was drain punch when he killed swampert can a gm test this plz

Drain punch has just been added as a bannable move so Conkeldurr should not be a problem anymore.
