Iceaurorus Posted August 31, 2016 Share Posted August 31, 2016 Technically the pokemon never learned them because he was unable to, but I'm guessing the move tutor is programmed to only look at the species and level of pokemon and then offer what that pokemon species could have learned in previous levels, rather than the specific pokemon.
