Can I clarify a bit about this topic. It mean you want all pokemon have same stat and any move/ability? Basically, all same, just different at sprite pokemon?

Not at all. Only fully evolved pokemon will be effected. All pokemon would NOT be the same. Each people would still have it's own little niche in battles. Some pokemon would have higher stats with weaker move pools, some with lower stats but higher move pools, some with their own little "gimmick" kind of deals and so on and so forth. Each pokemon would stay unique and they would not be carbon copies of one another.

Take for example Farfetch'd. It has access to an amazing item but it lacks the stats to even be remotely good. But imagine if it had just a small amount of a stat increase, it would become at least good and would be quite unique in that it would have 100% crit with slash, night slash and leaf blade. This is just an example off the top of my head and has no deep thought about it.
