You can forget all uber legendaries with more than 600 BS like Palkia or Reshiram, they are deemed to be too strong, thus unhealthy for the game.

 

Maybe we will get Manaphy or Shaymin with Sinnoh in the future or semi-legendaries like Suicune as pvp tournaments reward but nothing confirmed yet.

I think they will eventually be catchable. In the past they have shown something that may going to be used for a quest to get catchable bird trio, but it seems the quest is being put in the backburner at the moment.
