I get these bugs all the time and it's kinda annoying.

The item list glitches out when I scroll

 

And I see the hand and pokemon come in when they are outside of the barrier of the battle screen

 

And just random stuff flickering when I change the client resolution (and sometimes it happens for no reason at all just when I'm training a pokemon)

 

And the game crashes every single time I try to enter Olivine City (and I have to use another computer to get out of the city before I can log in again).

Have you tried re-installing the game? Make sure you download the correct client for your PC.

You should also install Driver Booster 4 and update all of your drivers. Perhaps this will fix the issue.

Download a new file extractor like WinRAR or 7-Zip and extract the game with that. Make sure all previous game files are removed before this.

Try to download the client from one of these mirror sites.

 

Also, it may sound silly, but does your computer meet the minimum requirements for PRO and what operating system are you using?
